Paris, France – March 13, 2025 – EasyTools, a trailblazer in versatile software video infrastructure solutions, in collaboration with NETINT Technologies, the VPU pioneer, will unveil a game-changing transcoding solution at the NAB Show 2025. By integrating EasyTools’ transcoding software with NETINT’s Quadra Video Processing Units (VPUs), the solution enables broadcasters and streaming service providers to achieve an unprecedented 10x increase in transcoding density, significantly reducing operational costs and energy consumption.
The combined solution is perfect for sports broadcasters to deliver multiple live events simultaneously to a global audience at broadcast quality. Traditionally, this would require a substantial investment in server infrastructure and result in high energy consumption. With the combined power of EasyTools’ modular software and NETINT’s Quadra VPU family, streamers and broadcasters can significantly reduce infrastructure requirements, replacing ten servers with just one. This not only slashes capital expenditure but also reduces energy usage, with each Quadra VPU consuming a mere 20 watts instead of 400 watts for a server running software encoding.
